Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. We work with time windows, not exact minutes. Traffic, access delays, weather, security checks, or site readiness can affect arrival times. Emergency jobs may be prioritized based on safety and public risk.
Prices depend on tank size, waste level, access distance, location, and disposal requirements. Any estimate shared before inspection is based on the details you provide. If site conditions change the scope of work, pricing may change and will be explained before continuing. Payment is due on job completion unless agreed otherwise.
